Working with our partner organisations, alumni and industry networks, we strengthen leadership capability, foster collaboration and help keep New Zealand at the global forefront of food and fibre.

Our programmes
We deliver New Zealand’s foremost rural leadership programmes including: the Nuffield New Zealand Farming Scholarships, Kellogg Rural Leadership Programme, Horticulture New Zealand Leadership Programme and the Value Chain Innovation Programme. We also deliver Engage, our agricultural knowledge-building programme.
Together with our partners, we’re building the leadership capability New Zealand’s food and fibre sector needs to thrive in a fast-changing world.
