Kellogg applicants are selected on their passion for community, ability to demonstrate effective decision making, commitment to the rural sector, potential, and leadership aspirations.
A panel that includes the Rural Leaders board and sponsorship organisations makes the final cohort selection. Whether you are selected or not will be based on your application.
Successful and unsuccessful applicants will be notified within one month of the application deadline.

During the application, you’ll need:
- A recent photo of yourself to upload
- Contact details for two referees
