The aim of this project is to create discussion, about the issue’s confronting the people who are in management positions on the large dairy units in Canterbury. Once they have reached this position what is the next step for them. These are real issues that are facing these people and they will have ramifications on the future of the New Zealand Dairy Industry because these people are the future.
