Executive Summary

As part of my programme for the Kellogg N.Z. Rural Leadership Course, I am conducting this survey of Dannevirke County Ratepayers and Residents. I feel that Councillors receive little indication of what people think. The questions cover the central issues and philosophies and seem to work from the premise that we want to retain, and even increase, rural populations and quality of life.
