This report identifies the opportunity for dairy farm development work in China, which lead to the formation of the company Agricultural Developments International Ltd (ADiL’s). The report summarises the challenges and influences effecting ADiL in its quest to find a suitable starting point for agriculture development in China. The report covers a number of the influences including cultural beliefs and practices, macro and micro economic effects, central and local government drivers, and social and environmental outcomes suitable for ‘the people’.
