Acceptance of terms

These terms of use govern your access to and use of the Rural Leaders website (ruralleaders.co.nz). By using this site or receiving emails from Rural Leaders, you accept these terms. The Rural Leaders website hosts reports authored by scholars who have participated in Rural Leaders programmes. These reports are published by Rural Leaders as custodian, with the permission of the authors. Copyright in each report is owned by its respective author.

These reports are not intended as formal academic publications. They have been produced by scholars in good faith and based on information available at the date of publication, without independent verification. Information and sources may be withheld or anonymised to ensure confidentiality.

Readers are responsible for assessing the relevance and accuracy of the content of any report. Neither Rural Leaders, any programme, nor any scholar can be held liable for costs incurred or arising from use of the information contained in these reports.

Scholar reports are made available on this site for personal, non-commercial reading and reference purposes only.
