This paper will try to explore some of the reasons why equity partnerships are becoming more common, and look at some of the variables that should be investigated if wishing to enter an equity partnership. I have tried to list some things to look out for, for those considering entering or setting up an equity partnership. I have tried to look at different forms of equity partnership, and the case studies show a range of different ways these are used.
