Renée Walker is a leadership coach, facilitator, and former senior executive known for her energetic, people-centric approach to transforming teams and cultures.
With a career spanning more than two decades of senior leadership and transformation experience, including executive roles across insurance, government, agribusiness, and large-scale change programmes, Renée now works with boards, senior teams, and emerging leaders to build capability and future-ready mindsets.
Her academic background includes an MBA from the University of Canterbury and a Bachelor of Business from the Australian Catholic University, grounding her work in robust strategic and organisational practice. Renée is also an Extended DISC Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner, and Emotional Culture strategist, bringing a practical, evidence-based approach to developing confident, future-focused leaders.
Rooted in her North Otago farming heritage, Renée brings a deep understanding of the rural sector and the values that underpin it – resilience, integrity, community, and legacy.
Renée is based in Christchurch, where she is actively involved in the community, serving on the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra Board and the Riccarton Rotary Youth Trust.
